1. Senior and Junior Developers
Developers with 3-7 years experience in VB/ Asp/ MS Access/ MS Sql / VB.Net / Asp.Net / C#. MCAs, B.Es / B.Techs or BSC grads are the most suitable candidates for this post. The candidate must have at least two years of experience working as a developer in any reputed firm. Candidates with knowledge of project management will earn preference.

2. Technical Head / Project Leader
We are looking for a Technical Head / Project Leader in Advance Microsoft Technologies including .Net, VB, ASP, ADO.Net, ASP.Net, VB.Net, IIS, COM, DCOM, VC++, C#, OOAD, SOAP, XML/XSLT, MS SQL 2000 server.

The candidate will be responsible for overall management of product teams, quality assurance, software development process, planning and scheduling of projects, and accurate status reporting. Define development & quality processes using CMM.

Pre Requisites:
Must be in the role of Managerial position for at least 2 years with excellent communication and leadership skills. Understanding American/European accent. Must be willing to travel abroad. Honest and straight forward values. Proven management and leadership capabilities from software environment with hands on software development skills (preferably in the Microsoft environment)

Credentials:
Graduate / Post Graduate in Engineering / Science & Technology / Computer Application from a reputed university.

Additional Certification:
Certification in Microsoft Technologies will be an added advantage.
